I sure do love rice terraces - and Bali's got good ones. Fun to tell the girls all about them and how they work while actually in them.
Firewood, a kid and a few pots and pans - try carrying that around town for a bit!
Various things to keep the birds away and of course a little offering area.
These things spin around when a breeze blows and hit two hallow pieces of bamboo which makes a sound like a wind chime and scares away the birds. So all thru the rice fields you hear this really neat sound.
